Dear Boys...

Button
Dear New Boy,
You are becoming less attractive to me every time I see you. I really wanted to run out the door and warn that girl to stay away from your jerkishness.
Peace-out,
Samantha

Dear ...,
I know that I shouldn't but I miss you.
Love,
Sam

Dear Friend,
Whoa...that date just happened, and it was fun!
Thanks,
The Theorist

Dear Dancer,
You should definitely come to church on Sunday so that I can see you again...definitely!
Hoping you're not a jerk,

Sam

Dear all boys,
Sometimes I feel like this should be my life motto: “A wise girl kisses but doesn't love, listens but doesn't believe, and leaves before she is left.” Marilyn Monroe

Dear ...,
Why can't you just be like me? Life would be fantastic!

The coolest girl you've ever met

Dear New Boy,
Why am I even talking to you anymore? You're definitely not what I want.
Peace-out?
Samantha

Dear Friend,
Maybe we should be more than friends....maybe.
Your friend,
Sam

Dear Shooter,
You should use the number I gave you.
Thanks,
Sam

Good Times...

December was a great month! I did things that I've never done before and they turned out to be awesome!
I went up to the mountains with my family to find a Christmas Tree. Brenna and I got distracted for awhile.

We went downtown and sang Christmas songs! We didn't make any money. Oh well...it was still fun!

Utah State was in the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl. It was their first bowl game since 1997. I got free tickets and went with super awesome people!
I watched Alvin and the Chipmunks for free! I also saw Sherlock Holmes that week for free too!

We went ice skating and then I pulled the kids around on a 4-wheeler.

There were other things that I don't have pictures for. My life is funny and I like it! Christmas was fantastic and New Year's Eve was the best one of my life...no joke! Yay for friends and IHOP at 4:00 in the morning!

2011...

2011 was one of the most fantastic years of my life...no joke! These are some of the highlights:

March
-Finished my internship in Columbus, OH! Living in Columbus was super great, way better than I thought that it would be. I loved living and working there. I met some awesome people who I wish I could see right now.
-went on a sweet road trip with my mom. She flew to Columbus and we drove to Palmyra and then back to Columbus and then back to Nyssa. It was intense! So fun!

April
-Lived with my family and worked on the farm. Good times! It was great to be with my family for more than a week or two.
-got a job as a Music Together teacher.
-GOT A JOB AS A MUSIC THERAPIST

May
-GRADUATED COLLEGE WITH A BACHELOR'S DEGREE!

June
-moved to a sweet house in Meridian. I live in a super awesome house with super awesome girls! It's in a subdivision which I said that I would NEVER do, but it worked out to be fantastic!

November
-Started working only as a Music Together teacher and Music Therapist. Yay for only have two jobs and both of them being in my field! Yay for no more random jobs!
-WENT TO THE TEMPLE FOR THE FIRST TIME!

December
-officially lost 50 lbs since high school!!!

Yep...it was a superb year and 2012 looks to be even better! Life is good!

Dear Boys...

My friend Elise frequently does "Dear boys" posts on her blog. I love it! I decided that I should do it too because I love it so much.

Dear Choir Boy,
One piece of advice: man up.
You're welcome,
Sam

Dear ...,
If your love has conditions, I don't want it.
Love,
Sam

Dear Blondie,
It's not going to work out. Sorry.
You're still cool,
Sam

Dear New Boy,
You're so full of crap you might have your own planet.
Love,

Samantha

Hotchalugan Day...

Happy Hotchalugan Day! For those of you who don't know here is a history of Hotchalugan Day...
Once upon a time a tropical mermaid princess was stolen from her tropical paradise by the evil dwelves. They took her to live in their frigid, snowy home. The princess was very sad and wanted to go home more than anything. One day the Abominable Snowman saved her, but by the time he saved her she acclimated to the climate and wasn't able to return to her tropical paradise. He took her to the local Wendy's and bought her a delicious chocolate frosty to show her that cold could equal awesomeness! The princess tasted the Frosty and loved it! She then spent the rest of her days in the cold climate but was very happy. This rescue was so epic that it is celebrated every 9th day of the month by going to Wendy's and getting a chocolate frosty!

A Fine Frenzy...

I LOVE A Fine Frenzy! Her music is amazing! Whenever I am super stressed about my life I play her music on the piano and sing. It's awesome! I just downloaded her latest album and it is quite fantastic. Everyone should listen to her. These are some of my favorite songs:
